The Pre-Visit

So, you’ve explored my work, looked through my services, and decided I’m the stylist for you. Yay! I’m so glad you’re here! Before booking, start collecting a few inspiration or goal photos. The best photos to choose are ones where the hair has a similar length, texture, and color to yours and where you love the overall shape, vibe, or feel. Bonus points if you can tell me why you love it. This helps me understand your vision and tailor a look that fits both your style and lifestyle. Now it’s time to book your appointment. Keep in mind how much time you have and how big of a transformation you’re looking for. If you're unsure what service to choose, send me a message! I'd be happy to help guide you.After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation text, followed by a reminder before your appointment. Easy, breezy.

Day-of Details & Parking
When the day arrives, you’ll park in The Nest Parking Lot. From there, walk to the entrance marked with the Heyday Collective sign. Buzz the door and the concierge team will welcome you in and direct you upstairs.Head up to the top floor, where you can settle in with a coffee, tea, or water while soaking in the good vibes.Once you’re cozy, I’ll greet you personally and walk you back to my station where the magic begins.

The Consultation

Every appointment begins with a thorough consultation, whether you're a new client or someone I've seen for years. This is where we align on your goals, lifestyle, and preferences to create a look that works for you, not just on you.

We’ll talk about:
• Your inspiration photos and what you like about them
• Your hair history and daily routine
• What’s working for you vs. what’s not
• Your maintenance comfort level and long-term goals

From there, I’ll share my professional recommendations based on your hair’s texture, condition, and the time we have booked. If your dream hair will take a few appointments, I’ll walk you through a game plan that gets you there safely and beautifully.

This is a no-pressure, open conversation where your input matters just as much as my expertise. You’ll leave the consultation knowing exactly what to expect, from the techniques we’ll use to the products I recommend and most importantly, you’ll feel confident and cared for

After Goodbye

Once we’ve finished your service, I’ll take an after photo to document your transformation and to celebrate your new look! We’ll do a quick closing consultation to walk through your new style, talk through any styling tips or care instructions, and make sure you’re feeling confident and excited.
